biography

Will Carson is a seasoned litigator with a focus on premises liability, motor vehicle liability, and insurance defense. Admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2015, he brings a wealth of experience to this practice. Prior to his return to Waldon Adelman in 2024, Mr. Carson honed his skills at several prominent Atlanta law firms. His diverse legal background enables him to handle a wide range of complex matters with confidence and expertise.

A graduate of Texas A&M University and Emory University School of Law, his academic achievements reflect his dedication to legal excellence. While at Emory, he was a member of the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court team and the Emory Law School Supreme Court Advocacy Project.

With his participation in the Stonewall Bar Association, Mr. Carson combines his legal knowledge with his advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community. In his free time, he enjoys working out, gardening, photography, and spending time with family and friends. He lives in Sandy Springs with his husband, son, daughter, and two Golden Retrievers.
