biography

Rakhi McNeill isn’t just a seasoned civil litigator; she’s a driving force at Waldon Adelman Castilla McNamara & Prout, stepping into the role of Co-Managing Partner in 2025. Admitted to the Bar in 2006 and with the firm since 2009, Rakhi tackles complex cases spanning auto and trucking liability, catastrophic injury, insurance fraud, premises liability, and intricate insurance coverage disputes. She has taken more than 50 cases to trial as first chair in courtrooms throughout Georgia. Her deep understanding of the law is matched by her leadership as President of the Atlanta Chapter of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). Before specializing in high-stakes litigation, Rakhi honed her legal acumen in real estate law, managing both commercial and residential closings.

A proud double Dawg, she earned both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Georgia, even adding a global perspective through studies abroad in Salamanca, Spain, making her proficient in Spanish. Outside the courtroom, Rakhi’s world revolves around family life in Sandy Springs with her husband, children, and their Australian shepherd. She also enjoys photography, volunteering, and spending quality time with friends and family.
