
Biography
Morgan McGee is a Partner who brings strategic clarity to high-exposure litigation. She represents clients in complex civil matters, focusing on auto and trucking liability, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and insurance coverage disputes.
Known for her practical, results-driven approach, Morgan assesses risk early, develops targeted strategies, and drives efficient resolutions. She consistently positions cases for favorable outcomes at summary judgment, mediation, or trial, aligning each matter with her clients’ objectives.
Morgan earned her B.A. in Government and History from The University of Texas and her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, she served as Articles Editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and as an Executive Board Member of the Mock Trial team. She was selected as a Pupil in the Lumpkin Inn of Court and inducted into the Order of Barristers for excellence in advocacy.
Outside of her practice, Morgan enjoys time with her husband and their two young children. She can often be found taking in live music, cheering on the Dawgs in the fall, or planning her next trip—and squeezing in a good book whenever she can.
