biography

Ms. Rouse joined the firm in 2019 and practices in the areas of insurance defense and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rouse interned with one of the country’s largest insurance company’s in-house claims defense counsel offices. There she learned the ins-and-outs of insurance defense and started to develop skills in bodily injury case evaluation.

Ms. Rouse is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. After college, Ms. Rouse worked as a forensic toxicologist for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Division of Forensic Sciences, testifying as an expert witness in over 30 trials. After several years as a forensic toxicologist, Ms. Rouse attended Emory University School of Law where she served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for Emory International Law Review. When she’s not in the office, Ms. Rouse enjoys watching rugby, baking, and traveling.
