Joshua Brennan

Biography

Josh Brennan is a dedicated litigator who provides strategic defense in matters involving automobile liability, motor carrier liability, and general civil litigation. Since joining the firm in 2023, he has leveraged a deeply analytical approach to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Mr. Brennan’s commitment to intellectual rigor began during his academic career. He graduated magna cum laude from Southwestern University with degrees in Philosophy and Religion, giving him a unique lens through which to examine complex legal issues.

He went on to earn his J.D. from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, he honed his research and editorial skills, serving as an Assistant Managing Editor of the prestigious Journal of Law and Religion and working as a research assistant to two esteemed Emory Law professors.

When not in the office, Mr. Brennan enjoys trail running, studying astronomy, reading and writing music reviews, and furnishing his Marietta home with vintage finds, which he shares with his partner, Alex, and their two cats, Agnes and Fermi.
