biography

Jacob Cohen joined the firm in 2025 as an Associate Attorney after gaining valuable experience in both prosecution and judicial clerkship. He served in the DeKalb County Solicitor General’s Office where he handled the full spectrum of misdemeanor prosecutions, from initial appearance through trial. His experience includes trying a Vehicular Homicide case and delivering the closing argument.

Previously, he served as a law clerk to a Superior Court Judge in South Georgia. In this role, he managed the civil calendar and conducted extensive research, drafting orders in both civil and criminal matters.

Outside of his legal practice, Jacob enjoys staying active by running, biking, and lifting weights. He is an avid fan of the Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta Braves, and Chicago Blackhawks.
