Benjamin Stahl brings a unique blend of tenacity and dedication to his practice in insurance defense and civil litigation. A Georgia native, his commitment to service began with two combat tours as an infantryman in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2008 to 2012, earning him an Honorable Discharge. This foundation of discipline and leadership informs his approach to the law.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Stahl gained experience in medical malpractice insurance defense and also represented clients in diverse family and criminal law matters. His academic achievements include graduating magna cum laude from Kennesaw State University and earning his law degree from Emory University School of Law, where he served as an Executive Managing Editor of the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review.
Deeply committed to his fellow veterans, Mr. Stahl serves on the Board of the Marine Corps Association of Georgia Lawyers, channeling his passion into assisting them with the challenges of transitioning to civilian life. Outside of his legal and community endeavors, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring his culinary skills, and enthusiastically (and often stressfully) supporting Atlanta sports teams.
