biography

Since joining the firm in 2018, Andrew Panella has become a dedicated advocate in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury/insurance defense, and automobile negligence. Each year since 2022, he has been recognized as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America. Andrew was also named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2025. He handles a variety of complex-litigation cases, involving car wrecks, slip-and-falls, wrongful deaths, DUIs, and trucking cases. His experience covers all aspects of litigation and he provides a skillful, comprehensive, and zealous defense of his clients. Before focusing on civil matters, Mr. Panella gained valuable courtroom experience practicing criminal defense law in Atlanta. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia trial courts, bringing a strong and strategic approach to every case.

Andrew received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee in 2013. He went on to earn his law degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University where he was a Member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, the Trial Advocacy Board, and Cumberland’s National Mock Trial Team.

Andrew and his wife, Megan, are blessed with two children, Savannah Grace and Andrew James (AJ). They are active members of Christ Covenant Church in Sandy Springs, where Andrew serves as a Deacon, as a Community Group leader, and discipling children in the Covenant Kids ministry. Outside of the courtroom, Andrew has a passion for sports and is an avid snowboarder.
