biography

Since joining the firm in 2018, Andrew Panella has become a dedicated advocate in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, and automobile negligence. His passion for courtroom advocacy was evident early on, earning him Dean’s List honors every semester and two trial advocacy awards at Cumberland School of Law, where he also served as a Trial Advocacy Board Member and a competitor on the National Mock Trial Team. His commitment to trial excellence was further honed as a member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Before focusing on civil matters, Mr. Panella gained valuable courtroom experience practicing criminal defense law in Atlanta. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia trial courts, bringing a strong and strategic approach to every case.

Mr. Panella enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exercising, hiking, traveling, finding good restaurants, reading, journaling, and being a devoted husband and father.
