biography

Ms. Avery was admitted to the Bar in 2009, and joined Waldon Adelman Castilla Hiestand & Prout in June 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Avery practiced as in-house counsel handling insurance defense cases. She also previously practiced as a criminal prosecutor in Fulton and Dougherty Counties here in Georgia.

Ms. Avery currently resides in Douglas County. In her spare time, Ms. Avery enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, singing, watching movies, and reading.
