biography

Amit Patel joined the firm in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in insurance defense and civil litigation. Prior to this, he honed his legal skills by representing clients with personal injury claims.

Having spent his childhood in England, he decided to continue his education here in the States. Mr. Patel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate from the University of Georgia and a Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School. During his law school tenure, he actively participated in the mock trial program, further developing his litigation expertise.

Mr. Patel’s legal background extends beyond his current focus. He has experience in diverse areas such as bankruptcy law, immigration law, commercial law, and foreclosure defense.

Outside the courtroom, Mr. Patel enjoys watching his young sons grow up, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and spending quality time with friends and family.
